We hope that you love your FEDUS products, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.
How long do I have to return or exchange my purchases?
You may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange your purchase within 10 days of receiving the product. Depending on product availability, items may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Returns Procedure
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.
Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
Return shipping cost
fedus.in will be responsible for shipping fees. Contact our customer service staff to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email. Print this label and use it to return the necessary items to FEDUS.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If shipping items over INR-1000, consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, FEDUS cannot guarantee items are successfully returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Important Notice:
Please do not provide your address on your package. Doing so may affect the return process of your return.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging. FEDUS does not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact FEDUS Customer Service within 24 hours of acquiring product.
Please double-check your returns before shipping. FEDUS will not be held responsible for the return of non-FEDUS products.
