Return Refund & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your FEDUS products,Ā but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.

How long do I have to returnĀ orĀ exchangeĀ my purchases?

You may return your purchaseĀ for aĀ fullĀ refund of the purchase price or exchangeĀ yourĀ purchaseĀ within 10 days of receiving the product. Depending on product availability, items may be exchanged forĀ anĀ item of equal value.

Returns will NOTĀ be givenĀ in the following situations:

  • ItemsĀ withĀ signs of use, wearĀ and tear, damage, dings,Ā scrapes, withoutĀ manualsĀ (whereĀ applicable), warranties, accessories, etc.
  • Items with visible scuffs orĀ marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • Once returned item arrives atĀ FEDUSĀ warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.Ā

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number.

Returns ProcedureĀ 

  1. The customer can return his product within 7 days if he is not satisfied with the product or has any defect in the product
  2. Contact the FEDUS customer service team by email at service@fedus.in to obtain a return shipping address, or the prepaid shipping label if applicable for your case.
  3. Please include your order number andĀ the reason(s)Ā that you would like to initiate the return.
  4. Please choose your preferred logistics company at personal cost,Ā or the prepaid shipping label to mail the packageĀ (ifĀ applicable).
  5. Properly pack the productĀ to reduce potential damage while in transport. After shipping the product(s), please informĀ us by email.
  6. FEDUS will process refunds within 3 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.

Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.

Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

Return shipping cost

  1. ForĀ productsĀ with manufacturing defects:

fedus.in will be responsible for shipping fees.Ā Contact ourĀ customerĀ service staff to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping labelĀ viaĀ email. Print this label and use it to return the necessaryĀ items to FEDUS.

  1. Products with no manufacturing defects:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costsĀ associated withĀ returning product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If shipping itemsĀ over INR-1000, consider using a shipping serviceĀ that providesĀ tracking,Ā or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, FEDUS cannotĀ guarantee itemsĀ are successfully returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Notice:

Please do not provideĀ yourĀ address on your package. Doing soĀ may affect theĀ return processĀ ofĀ your return.Ā 

Returned items must be in theirĀ original,Ā unused condition with original packaging. FEDUS doesĀ not accept returned itemsĀ that haveĀ been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact FEDUS Customer Service within 24 hours of acquiring product.Ā 

Please double-check your returns before shipping. FEDUS willĀ not be held responsible for the return of non-FEDUS products.
